To place an order in the online store, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent delivery address in the delivery area of the online store. PO Box addresses, hotels or other similar temporary addresses are not considered as permanent addresses.
The customer must accept these General Terms and Conditions to place an order in our online store. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to comply with the General Terms and Conditions in full and at the same time explicitly agrees to the use of his / her personal data and cookies in accordance with Keenclothier.com privacy policy.
Ordering does not require customer registration.
We deliver products currently to Europe.
Products are ordered from the online store by adding the products to the shopping cart and making a payment on the "Checkout" page. Our ordering policy allows you to check your order for errors before sending it to us. We encourage you to carefully review your order (quantity, size, colour, buyer’s contact information, etc.). You must provide a valid email address and telephone number to place an order in the online store.
An agreement is concluded when the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email. The confirmation email contains information regarding price, possible delivery costs and ordered products, as well as other information required by applicable law.
The valid price is the price found on Keenclothier.com website when ordering. All prices include VAT according to the tax rate of the product. The tax breakdown is shown at the Checkout and on the order confirmation. All prices are without prejudice and Keenclothier.com reserves the right to change prices and to annul / cancel the transaction due to pricing errors.
The product price does not include any payment or delivery costs since the price is determined by the chosen payment and delivery method. Delivery and payment costs are shown in the online store at the Checkout immediately before sending the order and are charged in connection with the payment of the order.
Keenclothier.com strives to keep the information on the price and product availability up-to-date and correct in the online store but does not guarantee nor is responsible for the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products. If the price in the online store is clearly incorrect, Keenclothier.com reserves the right to terminate the contract. The price is clearly incorrect, at least when it differs significantly from the normal price level of a similar product or when the customer should have understood that there is a pricing error (e.g. if the price is EUR 0.00).
If it turns out that the product ordered by the customer has run out despite contrary information on the product availability, Keenclothier.com will immediately notify the customer by using the contact information provided by the customer. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, Keenclothier.com undertakes to reimburse the product price in full to the customer, and the transaction is considered cancelled for that specific product.
We use Paytrail as our payment service. The accepted payment methods are Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard). All our payment methods are fully secure. All personal information (such as payment information, email and address) and payment details are protected by encryption and by an additional authorization process.
For deliveries in Europe we use delivery partners GLS and DHL Express. With GLS standard delivery method the estimated delivery time is 3 – 7 working days and with DHL Express the estimated delivery time is 2 – 4 working days depending on the destination country. Your order will be shipped approximately within two business days from the order date. Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch - not the time of ordering.
You will receive the order confirmation to your email after the order is completed. In case you do not receive the order confirmation to your given email, contact our customer service team using the contact form. We also recommend to check your Spam mail, Junk mail or Promotion folder; you might find your confirmation email in one of these folders.
The product prices do not include the delivery costs. Delivery costs are invoiced according to a valid pricing list. Keenclothier.com reserves all the rights to change the chosen delivery method (e.g. choose more affordable method of shipment if the selected delivery method is not suitable) or the mode of transport if we see that it improves the service or the chosen delivery method cannot be used for delivery, e.g. due to shipment size, weight or content.
We are not responsible for delays caused by our logistic partners’ delivery disruptions or for changes in delivery or storage times.
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product(s) have been damaged, please make a damage report immediately at the collection point. Contact our customer service and we will provide you with a replacement product.
If the customer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong number of products or the product is damaged, the customer must notify the customer service immediately through to the return form.

Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Toimitusmaksu on kaikenkokoisilla tilauksilla 7,95€. Käytössä olevat toimitustavat riippuvat ostoskorin sisällöstä ja yhteispainosta. Pidätämme oikeuden valita itse paketin toimitustavan.
Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen.

Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
